- No outside guests, vendors, or events are permitted at Canoe Cove on the Beach without prior approval from the homeowner.
- Additional Guests †$150 per person per night (with owner approval)
- A 7-night, the full-house rate is required for all holiday weeks which include Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve.
